is an easy way to get audio highlights from CHUM FM
(or other Podcasters) automatically delivered to your
computer and MP3 Player (such as an iPod or iRiver,
among others). iPod + Broadcast = Podcast

What
Software Do I Need? |
| 1.
You’ll need to download podcast receiver software,
otherwise know as a podcatcher. iPodder
is free and easy to use. There
are many free podcatchers and media players available
online.
2. You’ll need a media player on your computer
such as iTunes,
Windows
Media Player, or the software that comes with your
MP3 Player.

Do
I Need an iPod? |
No.
You can listen from any MP3 Player. You can
even listen to CHUM FM Podcasts from your computer
using any media player such as iTunes or Windows Media
Player.

What
Will I Hear On the Podcasts? |
You’ll
hear 15 - 20 minutes of highlights from the latest CHUM
FM Morning Show with Roger, Darren & Marilyn, including
celebrity interviews and entertainment updates. You’ll
also hear today’s news.

When
Will the Latest Podcasts Be Ready for Download? |
Roger,
Darren & Marilyn highlights are available weekdays
at 11am, and the day's news is available at 5am and
updated throughout the day.

You Planning to Podcast More Shows? |
Absolutely.
We've added CHUM FM Entertainment Update with Meg Tucker,
Artist Interviews and The Sunday Funnies.

Where
are the mp3 files saved on my computer? |
iTunes
saves mp3s in "My Documents/My Music/iTunes/iTunes
Music".
iPodder
saves mp3s in "My Documents/My Received Podcasts."
The mp3s will automatically appear in your media player
(iTunes, Windows Media, etc) but you can also listen
by double-clicking on any of the mp3s in "My Received
Podcasts."
