It's An "American Idol" OVERHAUL!

A couple of months ago Ellen Degeneres let Idol producers know that the show didn't feel like the right fit for her…..

Ellen said in a statement that she "loved discovering, supporting and nurturing young talent… but ultimately found it was a task that was very difficult for her…

So now’s there’s 2 open spots on the judging panel… and maybe even a 3rd as Kara DioGuardi is not under contract for next year….

New to the rumor mill of possible judges for next year is Jennifer Lopez! The buzz is that she’s already signed on the dotted line….and… Aerosmith’s front man Steven Tyler is said to be the one who will replace Simon Cowell….

…It’s being said that an announcement of who the next judges will be could come as early as Monday…….
