Ryan, who was her on-again-off-again boyfriend for more than 30 years, was by her side when she passed away.

But Farrah’s college boyfriend Greg has said that he was her secret lover for the last 11 years of her life and claimed Ryan O’Neal refused to let him see her at the end.

Greg says, "This guy barred me from seeing the love of my life for the last three months of her life" ...and added that Ryan kept him from attending Farrah’s funeral!!
