Some Charges Dropped Against Shopkeeper

Some of the chargeds against David Chen have been dropped - but not all.The owner of the Lucky Moose Food Mart on Dundas West is no longer accused of kidnapping and carrying a concealed weapon but he will have to have his day in court on forcible confindement and assault charges. The 35 year old will be tried next June. He made headlines last May after making a citizen's arrest when a man stole 60 dollars worth of flower from his shop.
