RIHANNA is finally breaking her silence about what happened last February when CHRIS BROWN assaulted her.

She'll speak to DIANE SAWYER on Thursday and Friday morning on Good Morning America, and she'll also be interviewed on 20/20 this Friday night...

During the in-depth interview, Rihanna will discuss her new CD, as well as her family life and what she's really been going through for the past nine months.

Rihanna will also appear on the cover of Glamour magazine's Women Of The Year issue.
