Keshia Chante (born as Keshia-Chante Harper on June 16, 1988), coincidentally the same day as her Idol, Tupac Shakur, is a Canadian R&B singer. She has released one album, and is nominated for two awards at the 2005 Juno Awards. She cites Christina Aguilera and Beyonce Knowles among her influences and currently resides in Toronto. Harper was born in Ottawa, Ontario, to a Trinidadian father and a Spanish/Portuguese mother.
