A podcast is audio (such as a radio show) that you can download to your computer and listen to whenever and where ever you want!

iPod + Broadcast = Podcast.

When the podcast is downloaded to your computer, you can listen to it there (using iTunes, Windows Media Player, or your choice of media player), or you can transfer it to your MP3 player (such as an iPod) and listen to it on the go!

It's like subscribing to a magazine or newspaper, but with podcasting, we deliver audio to your computer over the internet so you can listen to your favourite radio show whenever and where ever it suits you.

You'll need a computer with an internet connection. To listen to a podcast on your computer, you'll need a sound card, which you already have if you've listened to music on your computer, or heard anything at all. Most new computers have a sound card.

If you want to take the podcasts with you, you'll need an mp3 player such as an iPod or iRiver. After you download the podcast to you computer, you transfer it to you mp3 player.

The easiest way is to use iTunes because it's an all-in-one program: you can use it to play your music collection, subscribe to and download podcasts, buy music and videos, and more.

If you have iTunes, click the iTunes icon next to the podcast you want to subscribe to. Then iTunes will automatically download new episodes of the show.

Roger, Darren & Marilyn highlights are available weekdays at 11am, and the day's news is available at 5am.

iTunes saves mp3s in "My Documents/My Music/iTunes/iTunes Music".
